The Conservation Volunteers

The Conservation Volunteers want to connect people and green spaces to deliver lasting outcomes for both.

TCV (The Conservation Volunteers) creates healthier and happier communities for everyone. They do this by bringing people together to create, improve and care for green spaces. From local parks and community gardens to Local Nature Reserves and Sites of Special Scientific Interest; from school grounds and hospital grounds to waterways, wetlands and woodlands; the charity connects people to the green spaces that form a vital part of any healthy, happy community.

Their team of dedicated, passionate staff and volunteers work with communities across England, Scotland and Northern Ireland, and through their Community Network, they support local community groups across the UK.

Funding from players will allow TCV to extend its reach to connect even more people and green spaces. The charity's work improves the natural environment while enhancing local people's physical and mental health and wellbeing, developing their skills and knowledge, and creating stronger communities.
